Protein Purification
Recombinant proteins obtained inside the body, as well as those intended for the fermentation medium, require purification for subsequent application.
Chosing an appropriate selection of conditions for proteins extraction, as well as chromatographic separation conditions, we are able to protein purity above 95%.
The solid phases used in the purification method being developed include:
• ion-exchange beds (anion exchangers and cation exchangers of interaction strength and the length of functional group varying from the stationary phase)
• hydrophobic deposits (of varying interaction strength)
• deposits for affinity chromatography
• specially synthesized chromatographical beds for given proteins.
