Optimization of the protein biosynthesis process enables one to increase productivity by up to 15 grams of protein per 1 litre of the microorganism culture.
Blirt offers a selection of expression host from the following:
• E scherichia coli
• Bacillus sp.
• Saccharomyces cerevisiae
• Pichia pastoris
• or others supplied by the customer.
The expression vectors sets developed by Blirt allows the construction of recombinant plasmids faster than by using traditional molecular biology sets. The vastly reduces the time required to obtain the recombinant strain.
