BLIRT offers a biochemical analysis of proteins and peptides within the scope of:
- determination of the molecular weight of proteins and peptides
- determination of molecular weight conjugates of proteins with small molecule compound and the degree of filling protein of this compound
- confirmation of peptides amino acid sequence
- quantification of proteins using liquid chromatography HPLC: Reverse phase (RP) chromatography, Size-exclusion (SEC), Ion Exchange (IEC).
